- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility: This policy covers structural or craftsmanship defects in the board only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, weather exposure, or normal wear and tear.
- Rod Exclusion: Please note that fishing rods are non-returnable and are not covered under this craftsmanship policy.

- Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
